Packages

Packages are made very personal! At each level please answer the questions, and at the end you’ll have your package. Easy and simple. During the enrollment step of transitioning you and the centre manager will discuss the best package for your loved.

Level one:

Is your loved one VHN (Very High Needs) or HN (High Needs)/CP (Community Participation)?

Level two:

How many days will your loved one be attending New Dawn? (may depend on availability)

  • 3 days
  • 4 days
  • 5 days

Which days will your loved one be attending New Dawn? (may depend on availability)

Level three:

Is your loved one coming with a caregiver?

  • yes
  • no

Level four:

How is your loved one getting to and from New Dawn?

  • Family member or caregiver dropping them off and picking them up
  • Taxi
  • Residential house is responsible for transportation

Level five:

What funding is covering the cost of attendance?

Have you informed Taikura Trust your loved one is coming to New Dawn?

**Changes to your loved one’s package may be made at anytime, but require a meeting with the centre manager to discuss the needed changes and the ability to provide for them.
